Shipping policy

All items are shipped from Sanford Florida, USA.

I ship the same day or next day to keep my customers happy.  Personalized and special orders take 5-7 business days or 7-10 days during the Holiday season.  If there is a delay, I will notify you immediately.  To help the environment, I use recycled shipping and packing material.

We ship by either UPS or USPS Postal Service.  

SHIPPING OVERAGES  -  If you purchase multiple items, if applicable, I will refund you for any shipping overages that you have paid.

LOCAL PICKUP  -  Skip the shipping fees with our local pickup option.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be ready for pick up ASAP.  Contact us to arrange a pick up time and our warehouse location in Sanford Florida (407)832-6124

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 -10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tikidecorplus@gmail.com or (407)832-6124  with your name and order number, we will look into it for you..

We cannot reimburse shipping for orders shipped to the incorrect address. Please note that we ship to the exact address that you enter when placing your online order.

Please enter a physical street address in addition to your PO Box address when needed.
